Your library card gives you access to our online library catalog where you can:
- Track your checkout history
- Manage your account settings and notifications
- Bookmark titles for later, and
- Request, reserve, and renew books
All you need is your library card number.
If you don’t know your membership number, call or email us and we will assist you. You can also pick up a physical card at the library so you always have your number handy. Your default password is the phone number you used to sign up for a card (unless you updated it).
How to log in to your account
1. Go to the library catalog here: https://paulmemorial.biblionix.com/catalog/
You can also find the Catalog by going to our website and clicking the Catalog tab at the top of the page on the main menu.
2. In the top right corner, log in to your member account using your card number and password.

3. Once you’ve logged in, you’ll be able to view your account details at the “My Account” tab in the upper right hand corner.
4. Under “My Account” you will see six tabs:
- Account Info
- Notifications
- Items Out/Renewals
- Reserves/Requests
- Bookmarks
- History

How to navigate your account
Account Info
Here you can see what address, email, and phone number is associated with your library account as well as how much money you’ve saved by borrowing books from the library during the year. You can also set a new password (recommended).
Notifications
Here you can see what settings you have for account notifications (call/text/email) for overdue items, reserves, and checkout receipts. Simply click the dropdown menu next to each notification to set your preferred contact.
Items Out/Renewals
Here you can see the full list of materials you currently have checked out from the library. Any overdue items will be highlighted in red. You can print the list, renew all items at the same time (using the button at the top of the list) or click “Renew” next to any individual item you wish to extend.
Note: Overdue items (or those on reserve by another patron) are not renewable.
Reserves/Requests
Here you can view and manage all items you’ve reserved or requested.
You can also defer reserves to a future date if you will be out of town or unavailable. Click the defer link and add the date range you will be unavailable.
If the library doesn’t have a book you’re looking for, you can also submit a request here. Click the “request” link and fill in the material details. The librarians will review patron requests and either buy a copy for the library or order a copy from the inter-library loan system.

See our post: How to Reserve Books Through the Library Catalog for more info.
Bookmarks
See a title you’re interested in but not ready to check it out? Bookmark it! Simply search the Catalog and click on the title you’re interested in. The item details will expand and at the top you will see buttons to Reserve or Bookmark the title.
Click “Bookmark this item” and the title will be saved to your Bookmarks list under your account.

History
Here you view and download all items you’ve checked out from the library since opening your account. (If you have a long list, we recommend downloading it to an Excel file in order to search more easily by date or title).
Access Resources and See What’s New
The Catalog also has links to library resources (some require your member login) as well as a “New Book” search where you can see what’s been added to our collection lately.
Scroll down past the library message board and you’ll see an Electronic Resources box and a What’s Hot box.

Click the links under the Electronic Resources to navigate to those websites.
Under What’s Hot there are two tabs: Most Popular and What’s New
Click “Most Popular” to view a list of the library’s most checked out titles.
Select “What’s New” to find out what titles have been added recently. You can filter the search by time frame (1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, or 2 months) and/or material type (e.g., books, DVDs, audiobooks, downloadable books, etc.)
Click “Search” and you’ll see a full list of titles added to our collection in that range. From there you can Reserve or Bookmark your favorites.
